We're looking for skilled interpreters fluent in Dari who can assist with verbal communication for families. Your flexible hours from Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) will allow you to provide necessary interpretation during meetings and consultations. Clear and accurate conveying of messages is vital for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide audio interpretation in English and Dari
• Conduct sight translations during meetings and calls
• Convey conversations clearly tailored to client levels
• Work in collaboration with Rooted Connections staff
• Follow ethical guidelines set by ATIS Saskatchewan
Requirements:
• Fluent in Dari and English
• Experience in professional interpretation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cultural nuances
• Commitment to ethical practices in interpreting
