Procurement​/Supply Chain Student

We are seeking Procurement/Supply Chain Students for our Saskatoon district, within our  Canadian Buildings Division  that are available for  4, 8, 12, or 16 months starting in September 2026.

Here's how a Procurement/Supply Chain Student for PCL Construction Management Inc. within Saskatoon contributes to our team:

Take ownership of supporting the team by procuring materials, assets, and services in alignment with company policies, using cost‑effective purchasing strategies for each transaction

Apply supply chain knowledge by utilizing relevant purchasing and supply agreements in day‑to‑day activities

Proactively manage and expedite all aspects of the purchasing process, including coordinating with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve issues such as discrepancies, overdue items, warranty claims, and returns

Ensure all purchasing activities are conducted ethically, legally, and in accordance with company and district policies

Prepare and analyze Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to support informed decision‑making

Interpret basic information requests and identify appropriate sources to respond effectively

Support the team with additional duties as required

Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree/diploma of related discipline

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Able to work with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Basic understanding of purchasing, supply chain, or business processes

Independent and resourceful in accomplishing day‑to‑day tasks and assignments
