Senior Buyer – Procurement at Mosaic

Lead procurement strategies as a Senior Buyer focusing on Capital Projects at Mosaic, with hybrid workdays in Esterhazy or Regina. Collaborate closely with teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

In this Senior Buyer role, you will work hybrid, with three dedicated days in the office or onsite. Your focus will be on planning, developing procurement scopes, and managing supplier relationships. You'll also be responsible for the execution and management of structured contracts that align with Mosaic's interests while ensuring contract compliance and effective bid analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project scopes and bid packages

• Analyze bids and recommend awards for procurement

• Collaborate with EPCM firms for sourcing alignment

• Oversee supplier performance and compliance

• Process purchase orders and resolve accounts issues

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years in procurement or purchasing

• At least 3 years in industrial manufacturing

• 1+ year using CMMS or ERP systems

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
