Topa is looking for a motivated candidate to join our team as a Janitorial Supervisor at K+S. The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the Topa team to supervise and maintain work.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting of up to 50lbs
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Must attend all safety meetings as scheduled
• Supervise and coordinate the staff
• Ensure proper communication with direct report
• Attend all supervisor meetings
• Keep a strong motivated team of high performing individuals
• Make sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements
• Enforce safety procedures and practices
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure the proper maintenance of all cleaning equipment

Hold the following exercises:

• Safety Meetings
• Tool Box Talks
• Site inspections
• Review and sign FLRA's

• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment or snow removal equipment
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Problem solving Skills
• Ability to Multitask
• Must pass a Drug and Alcohol test
• Experience working in a similar cleaning or janitorial role is considered an asset
