As a Maintenance Specialist, you will prioritize maintenance requests, carry out on-call emergency repairs, and finalize upkeep of vacant suites.
Your role requires maintaining building standards, coordinating inspections with the Customer Care Team, and assisting with essential snowy weather tasks. You must demonstrate strong organizational skills and work effectively both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve maintenance requests efficiently
• Perform on-call emergency maintenance
• Maintain and touch up vacant suites
• Oversee general building maintenance tasks
• Coordinate inspections for turnover suites
Requirements:
• 2 years of maintenance experience required
• Renovation experience is advantageous
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle necessary
• Excellent customer service and time-management skills
