Become a vital member of Regina Housing as a Building Service Worker, delivering top-quality cleaning and minor repair services for our properties. Your work will directly impact community living standards.

We require two full-time Building Service Workers equipped with 1-2 years’ experience in custodial or maintenance roles. You'll focus on cleaning vacant units, addressing minor repairs, and ensuring properties remain well-kept.

Your role is key in presenting properties at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks for all vacant units

• Clean carpets, rugs, and floors using suitable methods

• Fix and replace damaged fittings such as light switches

• Patch, paint, and maintain walls as required

• Address plumbing issues and check appliances

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in custodial or general maintenance

• Preferred background in repairs or maintenance

• Fundamental knowledge of cleaning standards

• Basic plumbing and carpentry understanding

• Class 5 driver’s license and dependable transport
