We are seeking a highly energetic, reliable yard attendant.
Responsibilities
Work closely with a driver to ensure safe and efficient delivery of product
Loading rooftops with bundles of shingles
Carry and deliver various sizes of drywall
Assist with loading trucks
Report damages and returned items
Use proper material handling techniques to ensure minimal damage to inventory
Comply with all health and safety rules, regulations and laws
Requirements
Requires physical strength and stamina
Previous experience/familiarity of working at heights preferred
Ability to lift 80lbs repeatedly
Forklift certification is an asset
Familiarity with building materials and lumber an asset
Authorized to work in Canada
