Residential Facilities Support Worker

Support apartment living through effective maintenance and tenant engagement as a Facilities Worker. Conduct repairs, manage cleanliness, and oversee safety standards across the community.

This full-time role, based in Regina, lasts until March 31, 2027, and prioritizes experienced applicants with 3-5 years in maintenance. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, responding to maintenance requests, and preparing units for new tenants. You will also engage tenants and coordinate with contractors for specialized services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the building

• Manage minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education is required
