You'll manage maintenance requests, address emergencies, and maintain organized records. The position is crucial for creating inviting spaces for guests and tenants while adhering to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond swiftly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Oversee daily maintenance operations effectively
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations
• Keep accurate maintenance records and inventories
• Communicate updates to management and team members
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in building or similar maintenance roles
• Knowledge of HVAC and property operating systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
• Professional appearance and communication skills
