Our Shop Helpers deliver exceptional service to internal/external customers by performing maintenance, set up, & assorted duties for the service dept.

In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

• Perform minor repairs on equipment
• May do pre-delivery inspection, assemble/service all types of equipment
• Assist Service Techs with repairs
• Maintenance, cleaning/tidying duties for all areas of the shop/grounds
• Ensure safety regulations are followed by self & others
• Participate in training to increase skills/knowledge
• Build & maintain constructive co-worker relationships

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn
• Mechanically minded, experience performing repairs/maint
• Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical systems an asset
• Farming background/experience an asset
• Familiarity with John Deere & competitive products an asset
• High School Diploma/equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
