This role entails oversight of daily maintenance and coordination with contractors to keep facilities running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise overall maintenance and facility operations
• Handle maintenance requests and vendor coordination
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance tasks

Requirements:
• Background in facilities, hospitality, or operations
• Strong hands-on maintenance experience
