• Disinfect and maintain cleanliness of the entire washroom area, ensuring washrooms are sanitized daily.
• Refill washroom dispensers and restock paper products.
• Vacuum heavy‑traffic carpeted areas as required and all carpet areas.
• Dispose of garbage on a daily basis and disinfect garbage containers, ensuring garbage is removed to outside containers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the classrooms, including chalkboards, desktops, floors, walls, and garbage receptacles, in a timely manner.
• General housekeeping of private and general office areas, laboratory, laboratory classrooms, boardrooms, stairwells, library, and main access areas, including dusting and emptying garbage receptacles.
• Washing walls, sills, doors, railings, windows, floors, and blinds.
• Clean and maintain storage room and store cleaning materials and equipment; empty recycling.
• Observe and report all work areas for the security and safety of the building and its contents; perform related duties as required, including assisting with special events.

• Grade 10 required with up to six months of janitorial experience.
