Join Alamos Gold as an Open Pit Maintenance Superintendent in Dubreuilville, ON. Lead all mobile maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient upkeep of heavy equipment to meet production goals.
In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee the mobile maintenance team at the Island Gold Mine. With a focus on safety, compliance, and performance, you will manage workforce activities including mentoring supervisors, scheduling tasks, and maintaining equipment reliability. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to site regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor maintenance team members and contractors
• Drive compliance with safety standards and legislation
• Oversee all maintenance on heavy machinery
• Collaborate closely with operational teams for efficient scheduling
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost controls
Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in mobile equipment maintenance
• 3+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment
• Proficiency in SAP PM or similar systems
• Effective communication and leadership skills
Utilize your experience in mobile equipment maintenance to enhance operations at Alamos Gold's Island Gold Mine.
