Intermediate Building Operator

As an intermediate Building Operator, you will oversee the safe and reliable operation of various client facilities in Regina and its surroundings. Bring your 3+ years of experience in building operations to enhance facility performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage subcontractor activities. Your responsibilities will include executing maintenance plans, ensuring site safety, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute maintenance in line with BAS

• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate schedules

• Conduct inspections and log readings regularly

• Address tenant complaints promptly

• Perform general cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years as a Building Operator

• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical troubleshooting

• Effective communication skills for teamwork

• Class 5 Driver’s License and ability to commute

• Must meet security and background checks
