As an Evening Facility Caretaker, holding a Fireman's Certificate is necessary. You will be responsible for a range of maintenance and cleaning duties, focusing on energy management and ensuring that every area remains hygienic. Your efforts will keep the facility secure and welcoming for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and surfaces daily

• Change light bulbs and maintain lighting fixtures

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors regularly

• Lock the facility securely after shifts

• Empty trash bins and manage waste disposal

Requirements:

• Fireman's Certificate is essential for this position

• Relevant experience in cleaning and building maintenance

• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
