Cleaning Supervisor

Position: Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor Role
Lead the cleaning operations as a Cleaning Supervisor for our facility. Oversee cleanliness, perform physical tasks, and ensure high standards in all areas, including washrooms and outdoor spaces.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for upholding cleanliness standards throughout the property, including patios and garbage disposal areas. You'll perform essential duties such as high cleaning, carpet maintenance, and floor care while also handling snow removal in winter. This role requires excellent planning, organizing, and delegating abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness standards across facility locations

• Perform high cleaning, carpet cleaning, and floor care

• Conduct snow removal during winter seasons

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff effectively

• Maintain client and co-worker relationships with positivity

Requirements:

• Minimum 19 years of age required

• Previous cleaning experience is necessary

• Supervisory experience is essential

• Must pass a criminal record check

• Strong organizational and planning skills needed
