The City of Moose Jaw seeks an experienced professional to oversee maintenance initiatives.

Your role will focus on developing programs, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will support staff through training and performance management while monitoring certifications and managing supply orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance and caretaking programs

• Coordinate daily maintenance and equipment inspections

• Maintain accurate operational records and logs

• Assist in training, scheduling, and performance management

• Order maintenance supplies and recommend repair projects

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education

• 3 years of facility maintenance experience, 2 in supervision

• Refrigeration Operators Certificate or equivalent

• Valid Class 5 driver's license

• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
