In the Cleaning Supervisor role, your primary focus will be ensuring that all cleanliness standards are met throughout the facility. You’ll be actively involved in performing physical cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning, carpet care, and handling seasonal snow removal. Your leadership skills will be essential as you plan and organize team efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness in washrooms and public areas

• Conduct high cleaning, carpet cleaning, and floor maintenance

• Participate in snow removal activities during winter

• Guide and supervise cleaning personnel

• Foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• At least 19 years of age required

• Experience in cleaning services is a must

• Previous supervisory experience is required

• Successful criminal record check needed

• Capability to plan and delegate tasks efficiently
