Position: House Cleaner for Foster Families

Support foster families by becoming a House Cleaner with the Saskatchewan Foster Families Association in Balcarres. This casual position involves 5 hours of weekly cleaning duties to assist caregivers.

In your role as a House Cleaner, you will help maintain the hygiene of homes, ensuring a safe and pleasant space for children in care. Ideal candidates are responsible, possess good time management skills, and can work with limited supervision. This is a perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact with flexible hours once per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all flooring surfaces

• Sanitize kitchen counters, cupboards, and tables

• Perform general dusting in living spaces

• Aid caregivers in preparing meals

• Handle laundry tasks including washing and folding

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma necessary

• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required

• Skilled in following instructions and safety practices

• Ability to work independently and manage time wisely
