Position: Facilities Supervisor at Prairie Valley School Division
Lead facility operations as the Assistant Facilities Supervisor in the Prairie Valley School Division. This permanent full-time role requires expertise in building systems and trades supervision.

The Assistant Facilities Supervisor position plays a vital role in coordinating maintenance, operations, and technical services across all educational facilities. You will provide day-to-day technical leadership to trades staff, oversee preventative maintenance programs, and ensure the safety and efficiency of building systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support maintenance technician tasks and trades

• Prioritize and monitor maintenance work orders for efficiency

• Provide technical guidance for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues

• Ensure tasks comply with safety and regulatory standards

• Implement schedules for preventative maintenance and inspections

Requirements:

• Journeyperson or certification in relevant trades

• Minimum five years in building maintenance or technical operations

• At least three years leading maintenance staff

• Knowledge of building systems and safety practices

• Valid driver’s license for site travel
