Candidates must have working knowledge of building maintenance and operations, including WHMIS, and be physically capable of performing manual work such as lifting, carrying, and climbing ladders. Required qualifications include Grade 12 education, a valid driver's licence, and a valid Fireman's Certificate. Strong communication, critical thinking, digital, interpersonal, self-management, and health and safety skills are essential.
