The Electrical Supervisor is a crucial role in overseeing electrical maintenance for designated areas. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee electrical maintenance workflow and scheduling
• Ensure quality and adherence to operational standards
• Plan and prioritize Corrective Work Orders effectively
• Control attendance and facilitate overtime as needed
• Support operational budget management and safety practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Journeyman Electrician certification
• 5 years' experience in industrial settings preferred
• Supervisory experience in a union environment is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong organization with MS Office proficiency
