The role seeks an intermediate Building Operator dedicated to maintaining excellent operational standards. Working under the supervision of the Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations Account Manager, you will handle minor repairs, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance. You'll also play a crucial role in building vendor relationships and supporting subcontractor activities for enhanced service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance plans with the FMO Account Manager
• Coordinate work with subcontractors effectively
• Conduct basic tours and record facility readings
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns
• Carry out light-duty tasks including HVAC and plumbing work
Requirements:
• 3 years' experience in building operations
• Familiarity with BAS and troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Excellent direct communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 SK Driver’s License and ability to pass security checks
