Reporting to the General Manager, this position is critical for maintaining the asset integrity of the corporation. Candidates must demonstrate 3-5 years of technical experience and a strong understanding of Metis culture. The ideal individual will work both independently and collaboratively with maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Maintenance Department daily
• Foster relationships with tenants and contractors
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets
• Issue work orders and process contractor payments
• Supervise staff activities and conduct inspections
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant technical training
• Awareness of Metis/Aboriginal community values
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Capability to work autonomously as well as in a team
