As a Maintenance Team Leader - Static at BGIS in Sherbrooke, QC, oversee and support maintenance operations for assigned facilities. This full-time role focuses on team leadership and operational compliance.
In this position, you will supervise a team of Technicians tasked with delivering both preventative and corrective maintenance services. Your responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency. You will actively participate in maintenance activities and lead performance monitoring to drive team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach teams in maintenance practices
• Conduct inspections and performance monitoring regularly
• Manage and execute facility maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate work order documentation
• Promote safety and training initiatives within the team
Requirements:
• Proven experience in facility operations
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Required trade certifications such as HVAC or plumbing
• Expertise in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Must qualify for enhanced security requirements
