Maintenance Technician

Hollman is the world’s largest manufacturer of wood and laminate lockers, recognized for innovative designs, quality craftsmanship, and advanced manufacturing technology. We are seeking dependable, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals to join our team. Previous maintenance experience with CNC equipment, forklifts, or diesel trucks in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and fully operational work environment.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, changing HVAC filters, and conducting preventative maintenance.
• Repair broken or leaking plumbing fixtures to prevent water damage and restore functionality.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including damaged wiring, shorts, and severed lines.
• Perform painting and minor carpentry repairs as needed.
• Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Submit parts and supply requests when materials are needed for repairs.
• Weatherize facilities by repairing weather stripping and replacing insulation when necessary.
• Complete and update work orders accurately, including documenting services performed and closing requests upon completion.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boiler, septic, sewage, and general building maintenance systems.
• Ability to safely operate common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined or hard-to-reach areas.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Electrical license preferred.
• Previous maintenance technician or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
