Maintain clean, orderly spaces in Regina through environmental services cleaning, disinfection, and safe handling of resident and patient areas.
This Housekeeper performs light cleaning duties at 5501 Parliament Avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan. The work includes disinfecting washrooms, windows, walls, floors, and furnishings. It also supports beds, linens, garbage removal, emergency cleanups, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and disinfect washrooms, vents, windows, walls, doors, and mirrors
- Strip, wash, make beds, and fold collected linen
- Damp mop hard floors and operate auto scrubbers as needed
- Vacuum carpets and complete carpet extraction when required
- Remove garbage from resident rooms and common areas
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Healthcare, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
