Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Lead cleaning operations at Dexterra Group using task coordination and Health & Safety expertise in a large facility environment. Weekend work is required.
This Cleaning Operations Supervisor assigns daily responsibilities and inspects ongoing performance across cleaning personnel. The role supports budgeted hours, site training, inventory control, and Preventative Maintenance Program execution. You will also respond to customer requests and follow up.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign daily cleaning tasks and employee responsibilities
Inspect work to verify expected performance levels
Assist with controlling budgeted hours onsite
Train personnel on Health & Safety procedures
Maintain timekeeping records and inventory controls
Requirements:
Minimum two years’ cleaning and supervisory experience
Experience in a large facility cleaning environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Understanding of supervisors’ responsibilities under OHSA
Basic email, Word, Excel, and IOS platform skills
Bring cleaning supervision, safety procedures, and customer follow-up skills to Dexterra Group’s facility operations team.
