The Building Services Cleaner handles detailed cleaning throughout common areas and vacant suites. The work includes garbage removal, equipment maintenance, inventory accuracy, snow removal assistance, and touch-up painting. Familiarity with technology is an asset, while English communication and a reliable vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, and stairwells
- Maintain laundry, garbage, amenity, and common rooms
- Ensure equipment works and receives proper maintenance
- Manage inventory accurately and appropriately
- Support snow removal and other site tasks
- Two years of cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of written and verbal English
- Familiarity with technology is an asset
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 90 kilograms
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
