As Caretaker 2 with Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division, you will maintain school facilities and coordinate assigned caretaking staff. The work includes standard cleaning practices, building repairs, chemical handling, records, and energy-management practices. Leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize assigned caretaking staff work
Provide training, supervision, and work direction
Perform custodial services and building maintenance
Operate basic HVAC systems and apply energy-management practices
Maintain accurate records and provide recommendations
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
One year of related custodial or facility experience
Valid driver's licence
WHMIS and First Aid/CPR certification
Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
Bring custodial expertise, maintenance knowledge, and sound judgement to Caretaker 2 duties at Canwood Public School.
