Facilities Dispatch Management Position

Lead the Facilities Dispatch Management team at Brandt Developments in Regina, SK. This office-based role offers the opportunity to ensure well-maintained properties while managing service operations.

As a Facilities Dispatch Manager, you will direct our Property Service Dispatch and Service teams, reporting to the Manager of Facilities. Your expertise will be key in overseeing maintenance operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Collaborating with Facility Managers, you’ll play a critical role in monitoring service quality and managing operational budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Property Service Dispatch and Service teams

• Collaborate with Facility Managers for vendor quality

• Maintain oversight of maintenance operations

• Provide mentorship and support apprentices

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Facility or Service management

• Journeyperson certification is beneficial

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary

• Valid driver’s license is mandatory
