Implementation Project Manager at Workiva

Drive impactful project execution as an Implementation Project Manager ter our implementation methodology to deliver optimal solutions and ensure client satisfaction in a remote setting.

In this role, you will manage 20–25 simultaneous projects ranging from 4 to 16 weeks in complexity. As the central point of contact, you'll ensure clear communication while maintaining schedule and budget standards. Your expertise in stakeholder management and risk mitigation will be crucial for delivering high value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage simultaneous projects of varying complexity and timelines

• Oversee end-to-end execution of project plans

• Serve as primary contact for customers and project teams

• Document project plans, budgets, and progress reports

• Monitor and mitigate project risks proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 4+ years of project management experience

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

• PMP or similar certification desirable

• Proficient with project management tools
