As a Field Operations Supervisor with the City of Regina, you will oversee construction, maintenance, and operational programs across water distribution and wastewater systems. You will direct work units and contractors, implement operational improvements, and manage budgets and capital projects. Your expertise will ensure efficient delivery of city-wide water services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise work units and contractor activities
• Manage operational projects and programs
• Evaluate and enhance service quality and performance
• Analyze technical, financial, and operational data
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and quality assurance
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in sewer or water operations
• 5 years of supervisory experience
• Level 4 Operator Certification required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
