As a Funeral Home Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple locations focusing on financial management and operational excellence. You are responsible for developing annual budgets, achieving revenue goals, and managing an effective team. Collaboration with Market Leadership ensures compliance and operational efficiency while maintaining compassionate client family services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor annual business plans and budgets

• Manage daily operational activities and ensure timely services

• Establish and communicate location goals and priorities

• Develop and mentor frontline supervisors and staff

• Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; college courses in Finance preferred

• Requires provincial Funeral Director Licensure

• At least nine years of industry experience

• Minimum four years in people management and budget control

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
