Lead frontline merchandising teams at Pepsi Co, using merchandising principles and resource allocation to serve key customers. Work Monday through Friday on day shifts.
As Merchandising Team Lead, you will supervise daily operations in a direct store delivery environment. The position involves productivity, scheduling, delivery goals, communication, and employee training. You will support Pepsi Co customers while using PBC processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead frontline employees merchandising orders for key customers
- Allocate resources between accounts and manage multiple priorities
- Brief employees on schedules and delivery goals
- Supervise operations, delegate tasks, and monitor progress
- Set targets and measure performance for accountability
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Sales, retail, or similar experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds periodically
