Key Responsibilities:

• Perform size changes and adjustments on machines

• Monitor machine and operator performance closely

• Train fellow adjusters and provide support as needed

• Maintain organized work areas and cleanliness

• Communicate pertinent information across shifts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of machine adjusting experience necessary

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities preferred

• Previous experience in production or assembly helpful

• Availability for overtime as required
