Responsibilities Equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments
Monitor and inspect the material's quality.
Fill mixing machines with weighed materials.
Mix plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity using a mixing machine.
Load the mixture into a container or onto a conveyor for further processing.
Items should be packed for shipping and distribution.
Set up and operate one or more moulding machines for the production of plastic products.
Prepare and change molds, as well as adjust equipment for a change in the production line.
To mix resin batches for the injection moulding process, use the formulation card.
Inventory management and organization
Trimming and sanding of plastic or fiberglass parts
Requirements GED/High School Diploma
Additional education and experience
Aptitude in math, problem-solving, computers, and mechanics
Pay attention to the details.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.
Hand tool proficiency is required.
Willing to do repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
