Job Description

Equipmenttroubleshooting and minor adjustments

Monitor and inspect the material's quality.

Fill mixingmachines with weighed materials.

Mix plastic andother chemicals to a specific consistency andviscosity using a mixing machine.

Load the mixtureinto a container or onto a conveyor for furtherprocessing.

Items should bepacked for shipping and distribution.

Set up and operateone or more moulding machines for the production of plasticproducts.

Prepare and changemolds, as well as adjust equipment for a change in the production line.

To mix resinbatches for the injection moulding process, use the formulation card.

Inventory management and organization

Trimming and sanding of plastic or fiberglass parts
