Review production schedules, processes, specifications and related information.

Designmanufacturing processes that maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Develop and implement process improvements and technologyupgrades.

Design control systems to minimize production costs and problems.

Develop design and manufacturing standards in conjunction with management andstaff use. Make lists of supplies and equipment, purchase orders, analyze costs, and estimate production costs.

Design the facilitylayout and determine staffing requirements.

Train employees onnew procedures and provide instructions and manuals.

Manage process documentation and prepare production reports.

Requirements

Requires an Industrial Engineering degree or related field.

Relevant work experience.

Thorough knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Troubleshooting skills and attention todetail.

Documentation and organizational skills.

Proficient in MSOffice and AutoCAD.
