Process Plant Operator – Fly In/Fly Out - Contract end date August 2027

Join the Process Plant Team at the Gahcho Kué Mine Site in the Northwest Territories as a contract operator with a 14‑day on/14‑day off rotation, reporting to the Process Plant Supervisor. This full‑time role focuses on ensuring optimum plant operations to maximize throughput and diamond recovery while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards.

• Operate crushers, rock breakers, scrubbers, conveyors, vibrating screens, pumps, thickeners, dense media separation and other heavy‑duty plant equipment.
• Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems, identifying malfunctions and ensuring normal operation.
• Record process data and report any deviations to maintain plant reliability and minimize delays.
• Complete and maintain plant logs, reports and maintenance records.
• Maintain work areas according to standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Support movement of personnel through the Process Plant progression.

• Experience operating small mobile equipment.
• Proven commitment to safety, health and environmental standards.
• Preference will be given to Members of the Deninu Kué, Lutsel K’e Dene First Nation, North Slave Métis Alliance, Northwest Territory Métis Nation, Tlicho Government, or Yellow knives Dene First Nation, followed by non‑indigenous residents of the Northwest Territories.
