At Nu-Fab, as an Experienced Truss Builder, you will engage in the assembly of floor and roof trusses while working closely with your Team Leader. This physically demanding role includes lifting 25-50 lbs and ensuring the quality of materials and processes. Ideal candidates should have prior experience, but training is available for the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare workstation for each order per Team Leader
• Assemble trusses according to standard procedures
• Perform quality checks on materials and work quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Utilize machinery safely and effectively
Requirements:
• Prior truss building experience preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring devices
• Ability to interpret and follow work orders
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety and detail
