As a Foreman, you will be responsible for operating crushing machinery and performing necessary maintenance. A solid background of 1-2 years in crusher operations is essential. You will also manage daily reporting while maximizing production through effective monitoring and teamwork on site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate crusher equipment and machinery efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and handle repairs
• Assist with crushing and conveying equipment setups
• Monitor operations for optimal production
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience as a crusher operator
• Solid knowledge of crushing and safety practices
• Skills with front-end loaders and excavators
• Valid driver's license for site access
• Strong mechanical and communication skills
