Trailtech Journeyman Welder Supervisor

Take on a vital role at Trailtech as a Journeyman Welder Supervisor. Your expertise in GMAW will be critical in fabricating trailer components safely and efficiently.

As a supervisor, you'll guide the welding process, ensuring compliance with blueprints and quality standards. Proficient measuring, overhead crane operation, and basic repair of equipment are essential responsibilities.

Your role promotes a safe environment while emphasizing teamwork and individual responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate trailers and sub-assemblies according to blueprints

• Measure and read specifications to 1/32"

• Operate overhead cranes and cutting equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area

• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment

Requirements:

• Journeyman welder certification required

• Experience in trailer fabrication and R&D projects is a plus

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with CNC operations preferred
