We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production, packaging, and dispatch operations. The role emphasizes resource allocation, labor management, and driving operational excellence initiatives. You'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring staff while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining required certifications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Production Management, Engineering, or Food Technology
