Loader Operator - Aggregate

W.F. Botkin is currently seeking a full-time Loader Operator for our aggregate sites. This role is responsible for operating loaders to transport aggregate or other materials, load semis, and/or stock pile aggregates.

Duties

Operate loaders to load and transport various materials such as sand, gravel, or rocks

Maintain and operate the loader in a safe and effective manner

Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.

Ensure that materials are loaded safely and efficiently, and that production goals are met

Perform pre and post operational inspections on loader and report any issues

Ability to construct ramps and stockpiles

Effectively operate loader controls to lower and tilt bucket and drive forward to force bucket into bulk material, etc

Complete all necessary paperwork

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Loader Operator.

Experience in routine equipment maintenance.

Effective verbal and written communication.

Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Valid drivers license (Class 3A) and a clean driving record

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

Excellent time management skills.

Scheduling flexibility as overtime and out of town is needed
