JJ Trucking Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tower Operator with extensive experience in aggregate operations, specifically with cone crushers and screening systems. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and mechanical oversight.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of practical experience in aggregate operations. Your primary tasks will include managing machinery controls, monitoring equipment performance, and swiftly addressing blockages. Accurate material record-keeping and leading a team are also part of the role, ensuring a cohesive work environment focused on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and control feeding and crushing machinery

• Monitor equipment gauges to ensure operational flow

• Immediately stop equipment during blockages

• Keep detailed records of material flow

• Direct and support a team to ensure safety

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in aggregate operations

• High mechanical aptitude for maintenance tasks

• Problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking

• Strength to lift up to 100 pounds

• Communication skills for team management
