Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex assembly of agricultural components

• Ensure component fit and fastening accuracy

• Monitor all equipment operations and report problems

• Identify improvement areas via Engineering Change Notices

• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized

Requirements:

• At least 1-year assembly experience preferred

• Agriculture manufacturing experience is a plus

• Strong mechanical aptitude required

• Capability to read and interpret schematics

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
