JJ Trucking Ltd. is seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in aggregate operations: cone crushers, screens and conveying systems.
Responsibilities include:- Moving and manipulating the controls for the feeding, crushing and screening machinery
- Visually observe and monitor gauges and all equipment while in operation to maintain proper flow of material on belts, crusher and screens
- Stop equipment immediately when blockages occur
- Keep accurate material records
- Effectively manage a team of people, provide direction and ensure safety.
- High degree of mechanical aptitude, must be familiar with all aspects of the maintenance and repair of aggregate plant equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to find out-of-the-box solutions
- Ability to communicate
- Strength to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull more using mechanical aids
- Climb steps
This position works shift work, rotating days/nights on 10/4, 12 hr shifts.
