Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to become a valued member of the team. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with embroidery machines, a strong sense of creativity, and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring consistently high standards of quality in every design.
Responsibilities- Create and develop embroidery designs based on client or production requirements
- Operate and manage Barudan 6‑Head Embroidery Machines efficiently
- Set up machines, including thread selection, hooping, and design placement
- Monitor production to ensure quality and consistency of embroidery work
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting when required
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Proven experience as an Embroidery Designer or similar role
- Hands‑on experience with Barudan 6‑Head Embroidery Machines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
