You will take charge of programming CNC equipment such as plasma torches and lasers, aiming to maximize the efficiency of the metal processing operations. Continuous improvement is integral to your responsibilities, alongside generating reports that monitor machine performance and material utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and program CNC equipment for production efficiency

• Monitor and enhance factory throughput

• Generate utilization and performance reports regularly

• Participate in Lean initiatives for ongoing improvements

• Manage workload across work centers to minimize lead times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC programming is preferred

• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills necessary

• Basic understanding of MRP systems required

• Proficient with CAD software;
Solidworks is preferable

• Capability to read technical drawings is mandatory
